I’ve joined this agency right after finishing school and got helped finding a job with no prior experience which no other job wants . My schedule coordinator is Nastassja whom has been really helpful through out the whole process of getting back to work right after having a baby made transitioning real easy .

Throughout the more than 10 years of my professional career as a Staffing Coordinator in a Nursing home in Brooklyn, i have worked with Towne agency for so many years and so far Towne exceeds my expectations as far as customer service and professionalism is concerned. From the owner, the Recruiters, receptionists....i always have good chemistry with them. Special mention to Nastassja Zaldivar who have gone above and beyond to make sure that my staffing needs are met especially during my desperate time (the weekend schedule that is 😂)..she makes sure to help me fill in my staffing needs with competency and efficiency. As a new nurse without any luck with hospitals and nursing homes Towne was able to place me at a nursing home that helped me become a confident nurse. Pay could be better, however as a new grad I was happy just to get hired.
